Dandelion Wine Making

Dandelions are one of the most versatile, nutritious, and abundant plants around. On this day we will learn the art of dandelion wine making using an old family recipe. Participants will learn all steps of this lengthy process starting with flower collection and finishing by bottling previously prepared wine. Fun labels will be available to add to the bottles you take home with you.
