Wild Berry Wine Making

Blue elderberries are a nutritious and often overlooked berry found in abundance in the fall of the year. Join us as we follow a favorite old recipe creating our own elderberry wine. Participants will learn all the steps of this lengthy process starting with berry identification and collection, then finishing by bottling previously prepared wine. Fun labels will be available to add to the bottles you take home with you.
