Elder Flower Champagne
The Blue Elder has been used for centuries
both for its edible and medicinal qualities. Join us in learning
how to utilize the delicate elder blossoms to create a wonderful
champagne. In this class you will learn how to identify the
elder plant, as well as the process
of starting a new batch of champagne. As the process is quite
lengthy, you will learn
the bottling process by racking previously prepared champagne.
Each participant will leave with a bottle of elder flower champagne
as well as a variety of recipes and handouts for creating additional
batches at home.
