Nettle Ale & Spruce Beer

Learn to make these nutritious and refreshing beers from recipes that go back hundreds of years. Karen Sherwood teaches this hands-on program, sharing not only the history behind these fabulous brews, but healthful qualities as well. All details of the process, and many extraordinary new recipes will help you in filling your own pantry. Participants will begin the process with provided recipes, and then finish by bottling previously prepared brews. We hope you can join us to learn the process of creating these invigorating, healthful drinks.
