Pine Needle Bracelet
This unique bracelet joins traditional pine
needle basketry techniques with colorful beads to create a
wearable art piece. A wire form wrapped with artificial sinew
provides the foundation for your bracelet. Decorative beads
of your choice are added to the center of your form followed
by coils of pine needles using the wheat and fern stitches.
Students will go home with one completed bracelet and the start
of a second one! We are thrilled to have Vicky Nickelson, author
of Nature’s Touch: Pine Needle and Gourd Basketry here
to teach this new class. You won’t want to miss this
