To register, download
an application form and return your completed form
with the appropriate non refundable deposit. Make checks
payable
to Earthwalk
Northwest, Inc.
The deposit will be applied toward your total tuition cost.
The balance of the course cost is due one week prior to
the start date unless prior arrangements have been made.
Prior to the beginning of each course, you will receive
a confirmation
letter
with
preparation
and
travel
instructions.
To register for the Earthwalk
Gathering or single-day classes,
please send the full payment for each participant.
Courses are filled on a first come first
served basis. To provide detailed personal instruction, we
keep class sizes small. If there
is more interest than space available
we will try to schedule additional programs. Payment
may
be made
in
the
form
of cash,
personal
check, traveler's
check,
or
money
orders drawn on a US bank. We also accept Visa or Master
Card.
Refund Policy:
If it becomes necessary for you to cancel a course your $100
non-refundable deposit may be transferred to another course
on a one time basis, to any course within one year of the
original program, if notice is given to us two weeks or
more prior to the start of the program. If cancellations
are made within less than two weeks of the program start
date then the deposit is non-transferable. Full refunds
are only made if we have
to
cancel
a
course.
Because of our policy of not overbooking
courses, we sometimes have openings due to last minute cancellations.
Don't hesitate to call if you are interested. Anyone wishing
to retake a course, to reacquaint themselves with class material,
good friends, and good food, may do so at a 20%
discount.
Overnight courses include
lodging, meals, and all course supplies, unless otherwise
noted. You
will receive a packet including travel information, packing
suggestions,
etc.
prior to the course. Courses are open to adults 18
years or older unless otherwise indicated.
Younger students may participate in some courses when accompanied
by an adult. Please contact us if you
have any questions.
If you have a group interested in
organizing your own program, we can customize
course times, dates, locations, and topics to fit your
needs.
